How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but you will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is the return policy for opened products?
Due to the nature of our DIY supplies, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please contact support for a return authorization.
Are your resins and pigments safe to use indoors?
Yes, our products are formulated to be low-odor and VOC-free. However, we always recommend working in a well-ventilated area and wearing appropriate protective gear like gloves and masks.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to a select list of countries. You can check shipping availability and calculated rates at the checkout page by entering your address.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
We strive to process orders quickly. If you need to modify your order, please email us within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has reached the fulfillment stage, we cannot make changes.
